I Speak

Express your truthful voice with Vishuddha, the Throat Chakra Goddess. Communicate to others authentically that is true to who you are. Share your dreams, desires, vision and ideas with supportive friends/family and see how this can inspire and open new and unexpected ways to bring these into reality. Inspire others to speak their honest truth. As you set yourself free you also give the space and inspiration for others to do the same. Listening is just an important skill to have in communication for a balanced chakra.

Call upon Vishudda when you need help in self-expression and communication. If you are shy and introverted give yourself the space to speak so others can hear your brilliance. Speak your truth to open this throat chakra. If you speak too much or tend to take over the conversation not allowing others to share learn the art of listening. Give others time to complete their communication and allow yourself to be impressed by them. You never know what new perspectives, insights and ideas may spark that can lead to something amazing. She may guide you to do some journaling, which is a safe environment to speak your mind and express any feelings and desires you are experiencing. Or enroll in singing classes or courses like Toastmasters to help hone your speaking voice.
